Something is not loading
Nine times out of ten a failed search means the profile is private, the handle has a typo, or Instagram is rate-limiting requests for a few minutes. Give it a moment and retry. If a public profile fails for hours, send us the username and we will investigate.
Content removal
If content you own is reachable through StoriesMask and you want it blocked, follow the steps on the DMCA page. Nothing is hosted here; media streams from Instagram, but a profile can be blocked from search on our side.
